Application Fee: $25/ person or party (includes initial interview)
Mediation Costs: $90/hr.
- Hourly fee is split between parties.
- Sliding scale available for low income individuals.
- Mediations outside of Utah & Salt Lake Counties may require travel expenses and is determined on case by case basis.
- No extra charge for writing and delivery of Memorandum of Understanding (the summary of mediation document supplied to legal counsel for finalization and signing).
Cancellation Fee: $40 flat fee, if no notice of cancellation is given via phone before scheduled meeting.
- No fee if cancellation is made via phone within 1 hour of meeting date if within Utah or Salt Lake Counties, or within 12 hours all other counties.
- Application fee is non-refundable.
